Youth Services has been busy coordinating the CHRC Summer Youth Employment program. The theme this year is "Culture and Career Exploration." Youth will learn about cultural awareness and how to embrace diversity in the workplace and community. This year we are partnering with the Freedom School so the youth can help mentor some of the younger children.
The program will run from June 10- August 9, 2013. The students will work for 20 hours per week. This job opportunity is a great way for youth to learn job readiness skills, develop a work ethic, and earn money. Interested youth can download an application from the main vendor's website, which is the Greater Cincinnati Urban League, www.gcul.org
