Today's Black History Month Kick-Off

Today at Cincinnati City Hall, noon to 1:00 pm, The Office of Human Relations (OHR) kicked off its annual Black History Month Lunch and Learn series with a talk by Gina Ruffin Moore, author of "Black Cincinnati". Thank you to all who attended today's event.
