The History of Black Cincinnati: 
Lunch & Learn With Author Gina Ruffin Moore

CINCINNATI – The Office of Human Relations (OHR) will kick off its annual Black History Month Lunch and Learn series with a talk by Gina Ruffin Moore, author of “Black Cincinnati. Ms. Ruffin Moore will discuss local historical findings Wednesday, February 1 at Cincinnati City Hall (801 Plum Street, Suite 115) from noon to 1:00 p.m.

Everyone is welcome to bring their lunch and take part in this FREE event. Attendees are welcome to bring copies of “Black Cincinnati” for a book signing immediately following the discussion.

Gina Ruffin Moore is the author of Cincinnati: The Black America Series (Arcadia Publishing, 2007).  Moore is a member of the Princeton Board of Education. She has more than 15 years of experience as a trainer, presenter and facilitator. She has been an adjunct instructor for Cincinnati State University and is a Certified Expert OJT Instructor. Gina has a Master of Science degree in Human Resources, Development and Training from Xavier University and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Journalism/Broadcast News from the Scripps-Howard College of Communication at Ohio University. She is a Toastmaster with international Advanced Communicator Bronze, Competent Communication and Competent Leader Awards.  She is well-versed in media placement, public relations, customer service, training facilitation, public speaking, emotional intelligence, job aids and communications.
