Black History Month Lunch and Learn Series with Gina Ruffin Moore, author

The Office of Human Relations kicked off its annual Black History Month Lunch and Learn series with a talk by Gina Ruffin Moore, author of “Black Cincinnati.” Ms. Ruffin Moore discussed local historical findings with members of the community during this free event at City Hall.
