CHRC Staff Members Thanks the Boys Hope Girls Hope

Today, CHRC staff members, Victor Velez and Christina Brown had the opportunity to present information on cultural competence to the amazing educators of Boys Hope Girls Hope (BHGH). Topics included understanding social identity, interrupting bias, and bottom up implementation of culturally relevant practices. We are always interested in exploring ways to cultivate conversation and increase understanding across differences to strengthen our city.
