2016 City of Cincinnati Youth Award

Congratulations to Syirra Roberts on being selected for the 2016 City of Cincinnati Youth Award. Syirra has maintained extraordinary academic accomplishments and community service achievements, all while overcoming personal adversity. Syirra was selected from a group of other highly qualified students in the Cincinnati area. A senior and soon to be graduate of Gamble Montessori High School, Syirra will continue her education this fall at the University of Cincinnati Main Campus. She is the second recipient of the City of Cincinnati Youth Award. The selection committee were members of the Youth Commission of Cincinnati which included Althea Barnett, Senior Program Coordinator for CHRC.
