Welcome CHRC's Community Outreach Advocates!

It is with pleasure that we announce CHRC’s new Community Outreach Advocates (COA) – Britton Carter, Jackie Jackson and Telly Winbush. The COAs are key on-the-ground workers with life experience enabling them to identify target population and build relationships leading to changed life directions. COAs work in neighborhoods adversely impacted by high levels of violence and aid in reducing gun related violence among offenders affiliated with street/gang groups.
