Welcome Valarie Dowell to the Cincinnati Human Relations Commission!

Valarie has joined our team as a Community Outreach Advocate. She brings to our office a wealth of experience from her previous positions within the City of Cincinnati. Valarie is known for her resourcefulness and her ability to link individuals and agencies together. Valarie will be out and about in the neighborhood with the outreach advocates.
