CHRC PARTICIPATES IN CINCINNATI URBAN LEAGUE "LEADERSHIP CONFERENCE"

On Saturday, October 26, 2013, from 12:30 – 4 p.m. at the Greater Cincinnati Urban League (3458 Reading Rd) there will be an Urban Leadership Conference to help lead our city in creating an action plan to confront several serious issues we currently face. Many Cincinnati communities have faced the scourge of violence, the lack of equitable opportunities for minority-owned businesses, and the difficulty faced by those re-entering society from prison or on probation. The Cincinnati Human Relations Commission is proud to announce that the Vice Mayor, Roxanne Qualls, has invited Street Outreach Team Program Manager, Shelia Davis, to be part of the Panel to discuss these critical issues. With everyone’s help we can improve opportunities and the overall welfare of our community.
